Eligibility for Returns

✅ The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return
1️⃣ Email us at support@knownsensefashion.com with your Order Number and a brief description of the issue (along with pictures if the item is damaged or defective).
2️⃣ Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
3️⃣ Once approved, we will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return address.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will initiate your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.
Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please mention this in your return request.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item is not available, you will be offered a refund or store credit.
Important Notes
- Shipping costs for returns (except in cases of defective/damaged products) will be borne by the customer.
